Theme park friction is real
Visitors inside large amusement parks deal with a lot of friction. Finding attractions, figuring out where to eat, waiting in long ride queues, and navigating unfamiliar areas all add up to a stressful experience. The goal was a mobile-first solution that tackled these pain points and made the visit genuinely more enjoyable.
A digital guide inside your pocket
We built an interactive digital assistant inside WeChat that lets visitors browse rides, restaurants, and shops, get directions, and join virtual ride queues by scanning a QR code. Guests receive a notification when it's their turn — so they can keep exploring instead of standing in line.
