MySkillsFuture
A UX redesign of Singapore's national lifelong learning portal, helping citizens discover courses, claim SkillsFuture credits, and manage their career growth all in one place.
A million users, a cluttered experience
The portal was serving over a million Singaporeans but the experience felt cluttered. Users had a hard time finding the right courses across 60+ fields, and important features like Credit claims and the Careers Passport were buried too deep in the navigation.
Designed around the learner, not the system
We redesigned the portal with the learner in mind. A smarter course discovery flow made it easier to find relevant options, and we brought Credit claims and Training Allowance applications to the front of the experience. The whole thing was rebuilt mobile-first since that's how most users were accessing it.
